We have both built new homes and loved the process! We always recommend using a real estate agent to purchase a new construction home because the builders have their best interest in mind, not yours! We have great relationships with many of the builders in our market and can help lead you in the right direction based on what you’re looking for.

04. Staging a home

We strongly believe in the phrase, “Staging Sells”! Lauren is a Home Staging Expert® and works closely with our Sellers on getting their home ready for the market to get them top dollar. During our Pre-Listing Consultation, we’ll do a walk-thru of your home where we will recommend what you should do to get your home looking its best. Before listing, we’ll do a final walk-thru where we will make final changes & bring in staging items if needed so your home looks great for photos & showings!

5. Investing in real estate

Investing in Real Estate is something many people wish to do but don’t know where to start. Luckily, Todd has purchased his own investment properties including a fix-n-flip. He knows what to look for in a great rental property. In Lauren’s earlier career, she worked as a Property Manager so she also knows the ins & outs of managing rental properties and how to get the most rent. With our expertise, we have been able to help our clients find the best investment properties in our market.
