As print media began to dramatically shift, with digital moving into the forefront, newspaper industry veteran Todd Galbate came to a crossroads in his career. As a long-term investor in real estate, he had already built three homes of his own, fixed and flipped a few, acquired a historic home and worked with the City of Fort Collins through restoration guidelines, bought several others, and always loved the home buying and selling process. This sparked the idea to move into real estate full time and now, five years later, Todd’s name is well known in the field and in the community and he continues to work at The Group in Fort Collins where he got his start.

After years of trying to find the right fit in the digital marketing industry, Lauren McMann began exploring the idea of getting her real estate license to assist her dad, Todd Galbate, with his growing business. With a digital marketing background & experience in property management, Lauren decided that working as Todd’s partner was the best way for her to use all her learned skills & pursue her passion in helping people achieve their real estate goals. After purchasing her own New Construction home in 2019 in Windsor, CO, she realized how much of a gap in education there was for first time home buyers. This experience led to her mission of making sure all her friends & clients are educated in the home buying process. Lauren is also a Certified Home Stager and often consults clients on how to best stage their property for photos and showings.
